Job Title: LPN/LVN – MSTELE (Med/Surg Tele Float)

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 48 Hours/Week
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,200 – $2,300 per week (Based on Experience)
Local Pay Rate: $38.00 – $40.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
A reputable acute care hospital in Auburn, NY is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN – Med/Surg Tele Float for a 13-week contract assignment. The LPN/LVN will provide direct patient care within the Med/Surg Telemetry unit and float as needed, supporting the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care during night shifts.
Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
Assist RNs and physicians in delivering quality patient care
Administer medications and treatments as permitted under scope of practice
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
Float to similar units as required based on staffing needs
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
Active New York LPN/LVN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong clinical skills in Med/Surg and telemetry patient care
Ability to work 48 hours per week on night shifts
