Radiation Therapy Technologist

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Shift may vary)

Position Summary

The Radiation Therapy Technologist provides specialized radiation treatment services to patients undergoing cancer therapy. This role ensures proper equipment usage and patient safety during treatment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and position patients for radiation therapy
• Operate Linear Accelerator (LINAC) machines
• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments accurately
• Observe patients for any reactions during procedures
• Maintain accurate treatment logs and patient information

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Radiation Therapy
• LINAC operation experience required
• ARRT Certification
• BLS (AHA)
