Radiation Oncology Therapist

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Shift may vary)

Role Overview

A medical facility in Houston is seeking a Radiation Oncology Therapist to assist in administering radiation therapy treatments. The professional will work closely with physicians and oncology staff to deliver safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

Perform patient setup for radiation therapy procedures
Deliver radiation treatments according to prescribed plans
Operate and monitor LINAC equipment
Ensure proper documentation of treatments
Communicate patient progress with the care team

Requirements

2+ years of Radiation Therapy experience
Experience with Linear Accelerator (LINAC) systems
ARRT Certification required
BLS Certification (AHA)
