Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5–1:6
Available Shifts: Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a) with rotating weekends
Base Salary: $27.72 – $39.60+ (based on experience)
5 years experience: $33.00
10 years: $36.30
15+ years: $39.60
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Night Shift) | $10,000 (Day Shift)
Shift Differentials: $3/hr (Nights) | $2/hr (Weekends)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Comprehensive Assessment: Collect and analyze health data to determine diagnoses and individualized patient issues
Patient Advocacy: Act as a safety advocate and key member of the interdisciplinary team
Care Planning: Develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Education: Provide patient and family education on medications, procedures, and long-term care goals
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care RN experience
Education: BSN preferred
Licensure: Valid Florida RN license or Multistate Compact RN license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if relocating)
Certifications:
BLS required
ACLS preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
