Position Overview

An outpatient Heart & Vascular clinic in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Echocardiograph Technician for a 12-week travel assignment.

Work Locations (Floating Required)

• Dallas, TX

• Rockwall, TX

(Tech will split time between both locations to ensure 40 hours per week.)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient echocardiography experience within the last 3 years

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) OR

• RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) certification

• Strong knowledge of cardiac ultrasound imaging protocols

• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE)

• Acquire high-quality diagnostic cardiac images

• Recognize cardiac abnormalities and ensure proper documentation

• Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures

• Collaborate with cardiologists and clinic staff

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation

Schedule & Holiday Information

• Monday–Friday day shifts

• Clinic closed in observance of:

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth

  • Fourth of July

• Flexible scheduling may be available if additional time off is requested
