Duration: 15 Weeks (high possibility of extension)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $50–$55 per hour
A healthcare organization is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse – Utilization Management (RN UM) to support daily clinical operations while ensuring high standards of patient care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient unit operations and supporting quality outcomes.
Oversee daily operations of a clinical unit
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
Support staff performance and adherence to clinical standards
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience
BLS certification (AHA)
