Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour
Location: Brick Township, NJ
Duration: 31-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 hours/week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Medical Receptionist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Brick Township, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
• Greet patients and visitors professionally
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
• Verify insurance eligibility, referrals, and patient demographics
• Collect copayments and post charges/payments
• Support billing and daily cash receipt processes
• Prepare bank deposits and credit card batches
• Maintain patient records and update information in EMR
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering
• Promote patient satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of medical receptionist or clerical experience
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Prior medical office experience
• Epic EMR experience
• CPR Certification
