Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends) | Typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Schedules may vary based on hospital needs)

The facility provides comprehensive cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, bariatric services, women’s health, and wound therapy. The hospital is fully accredited and nationally recognized for excellence in stroke care, cardiac services, and specialty surgical programs, maintaining a strong commitment to patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence following illness, injury, or surgery. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on meaningful goals and exceptional patient outcomes.

Evaluate patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe mobility practices.
Collaborate across disciplines to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and smooth transitions.
Provide mentorship to therapy assistants or students as appropriate while upholding professional standards and organizational values.
Active State License as a Physical Therapist.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Vocational School Graduate required).
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
1+ years of Physical Therapy experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered.
