Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist – Night Shift
Location: Patchogue, NY 11772 (Suffolk County, Long Island)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay: $55 - $60/hour
Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM | 5x8 Schedule
Schedule: No rotating shifts | Alternating weekends required
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist for a hospital-based night shift role. Must have strong generalist experience in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology/Serology, and Urinalysis. Community hospital and Trauma Level II experience required.
Blood Bank: ABO/Rh, Antibody Screen/ID, Crossmatch, DAT, Transfusion Reaction Workups
Chemistry: ABGs, Cardiac Enzymes, Hormone/Thyroid Testing, QC Review
Hematology: CBCs, Differentials, Coagulation Testing
Immunology/Serology: ANA, RPR, Complement Testing
Urinalysis: Automated & Manual UA, Microscopy
Experience with CellaVision, Sysmex, and EPIC preferred
ASCP Certification (Required)
NYS DOH License (Required)
Minimum 2 years of clinical lab experience
Community Hospital & Trauma Level II experience required
