Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to support a high-acuity IR department. This role requires strong procedural skills, the ability to respond to emergent cases, and flexibility to participate in both scheduled procedures and on-call coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures

• Prepare and maintain sterile procedural environment

• Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment safely and effectively

• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond to changes in condition

• Administer contrast per protocol and scope of practice

• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards

• Document procedures accurately and thoroughly

• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours procedures

Required Qualifications

• Current certification/licensure appropriate for IR Technologist role

• Prior Interventional Radiology experience required

• Strong understanding of sterile technique and procedural workflow

• Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments

• Willingness to participate in weeknight and weekend call
