Pay Rate: $28 – $30 per hour (W2)
A healthcare organization is seeking a Bilingual Medical Call Center Representative to deliver high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
Handle incoming and/or outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner
Respond to patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general support
Communicate clearly and effectively with callers in both required languages
Demonstrate active listening to fully understand caller needs and concerns
Accurately document call details using computer systems
Apply effective problem-solving techniques to identify issues and provide resolutions
Perform additional assignments as required to support call center operations
Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
Bilingual proficiency (facility-specific language requirement)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to analyze issues and deliver effective solutions
Comfortable working extensively on the phone
Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems
High School Diploma or GED required
