Shift: Night Shift (5x8-Hour) – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Location: Buffalo, New York
Seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to support public health and community-based nutrition initiatives. This role focuses on program development, policy guidance, nutrition education, and technical support within a structured regulatory environment.

Plan and conduct public health and nutrition education programs to support health promotion initiatives
Develop training materials and educational resources related to:
Nutrition assessment
Nutrition education
Health service programs
Assist in drafting new program policies and revising existing policies to ensure compliance with federal and regulatory guidelines (including USDA regulations)
Provide programmatic guidance and technical assistance to stakeholders
Support community-based nutrition initiatives and federally funded programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a governmental or public health setting
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, data tracking, and presentations
Experience planning and implementing public health or nutrition education programs
Experience developing policy or regulatory-aligned materials
Familiarity with federally funded nutrition programs
Experience working within structured government processes
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
OR completion of an accredited dietetics internship and eligible for registration
Experience with federally funded programs such as WIC
Experience working in a governmental setting
