Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Special Procedures / Interventional Radiology
Location: Cumming, GA 30041
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4x10-Hour Shifts
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Compensation: $60–$65 per hour

Note: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location to be eligible for this travel assignment.


Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Interventional Radiology (IR) to support a Special Procedures department on a 13-week travel assignment. This role requires a skilled and confident nurse who thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology and special procedures

  • Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure

  • Administer medications and moderate sedation as appropriate

  • Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols


Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or compact state)

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience within specialty

  • Required: Interventional Radiology experience

  • Required: AHA BLS certification

  • Preferred: ACLS certification
