Job Title: MS/Tele Float RN
Location: Watertown, NY
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-Hour Nights)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $61 – $66 per hour (Travel Pay)
Note: Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility location to be eligible for this travel assignment.
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse (RN) for a 14-week travel assignment. The RN will float between multiple Medical-Surgical, Progressive Care (PCU), and Acute Inpatient Rehab units, providing high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Active New York State RN License (Required)
BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required)
Minimum of 1 prior successful travel assignment (First-time travelers will not be considered)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
PCU experience strongly preferred
Meditech experience required
Must reside outside a 100-mile radius
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical practice
Ability to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
Skilled in patient assessment (clinical, educational, mental, and spiritual needs)
Capable of recognizing and addressing safety concerns
Proficient in safe patient handling and mobility techniques
Strong leadership skills; ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
May be required to serve as Charge Nurse
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform effectively in high-stress environments
