Minimum: $30.60/hour
Midpoint: $38.25/hour (approx. 10 years experience)
Maximum: $45.90/hour (15+ years experience)
Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hour

An established acute care hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department. This role involves close collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based nursing practices. The ER RN plays a critical role in patient safety, clinical excellence, and compassionate care delivery.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including pain evaluations and reassessments
Deliver emergency nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient responses and intervene appropriately in critical situations
Document all patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
Translate complex medical information into clear, understandable language
Promote self-management strategies and preventive care practices
Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes
Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate concerns
Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Emergency Room RN experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
