Job Title: Call Centre Representative (Bilingual Required)
Location: New York, NY 10004
Pay Rate: $35 per Hour
A well-established organization in New York City is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Call Centre Representative. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Document call details and update information in internal systems
Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 Years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience
Bilingual Skills Required (Language requirements based on facility needs)
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Excellent Active Listening Skills
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities and Attention to Detail
Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment
Computer Literate with Experience Navigating Multiple Systems
Previous Healthcare or Radiology Call Center Experience (Preferred)
