We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our growing IT Workforce Solutions team. This role blends client account management with proactive business development, offering an excellent foundation for a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue growth.
Ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates, this position provides hands-on exposure to client engagement, consultative selling, and expansion of enterprise accounts within the IT staffing space.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Identify and develop opportunities to expand services within current accounts
Drive new business development through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate internally to deliver high-quality talent solutions
Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage sales pipeline activity
Consistently work toward defined revenue targets and performance KPIs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition
Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey
Clearly defined KPIs and performance expectations
