Job Title: Client Services & Business Development Representative – IT Workforce Solutions
Location: Central New Jersey (Onsite)
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Client Services & Business Development Representative to support and expand our IT Workforce Solutions practice. This role combines account management with proactive new business development and is ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates looking to build a long-term career in sales and client management.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction
Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts
Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate internally to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Schedule and conduct client meetings; maintain consistent follow-ups
Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
Drive revenue growth through disciplined and consistent sales efforts
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition
Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey
Clear KPIs and performance expectations
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
Defined career progression into Account Manager or Client Partner roles
Hands-on experience in client engagement, revenue generation, and business growth
