Job Title: Nurse Manager – ICU Trauma Neuro

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000/year (based on experience)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a 12-bed Neuro Trauma ICU and Central Telemetry Unit within a 400+ bed Level II Trauma & Teaching Hospital. This role oversees 55 FTEs and is responsible for clinical outcomes, staffing, operations, financial management, and patient experience in a high-acuity, high-census environment.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and throughput
Implement evidence-based practices and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead, coach, and retain nursing staff
Manage labor productivity, budgets, and supply utilization
Promote patient safety and service excellence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
1+ year recent Acute Care leadership experience (ICU/MICU/SICU/CVICU required)
Current Florida RN license
RN Diploma or higher
BCLS (30 days), ACLS & TNCC (within 6 months)
12-bed Neuro Trauma ICU (31 FTEs)
Central Telemetry Unit (24 FTEs)
