Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy
Location: Plano, TX 75093
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Shift: Days | 8-Hour Shifts (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $38 – $43 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. The RN will deliver comprehensive patient care throughout all phases of endoscopic procedures, including pre-procedure preparation, intra-procedure assistance, and post-procedure recovery.
Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure nursing care for endoscopy patients
Assist physicians during specialized procedures such as ERCP and EBUS
Monitor patient status, including vital signs and sedation recovery
Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Maintain a safe, sterile, and compliant procedural environment
Educate patients and families regarding procedure preparation and post-procedure care
Participate in scheduled on-call rotations as required
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of endoscopy experience in an acute care hospital setting
Hands-on experience with ERCP, EBUS, and advanced endoscopic procedures
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
