Job Title: LPN / LVN – OB/GYN
Location: Brooklyn 11215
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute break)
Shift: Day (5x8)
Pay Rate: $27 – $31 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join a busy multispecialty outpatient clinic with a primary focus on OB/GYN and primary care services. This role provides both clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice in an outpatient setting
Support providers across OB/GYN, Primary Care, GI, and Cardiology services
Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, and document clinical information
Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain infection control standards and clinical best practices
Assist with care coordination and patient education
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Support clinic workflow and complete delegated tasks as assigned
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
Active New York State LPN license and current registration
Knowledge of infection control standards and clinical best practices
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
