"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst – Advanced to support federally and state-mandated enhancements to a Medicaid system. This role focuses strictly on Quality Assurance and testing activities — not programming, business analysis, or project management.
The selected candidate will perform QA and Business Interface Testing (UA), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software changes impacting Medicaid system data. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, external healthcare providers, and trading partners.
Collaborate with project teams to test system coding changes
Create detailed test scenarios and execute test cases
Analyze test results and document findings
Identify and resolve discrepancies between expected and actual results
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
Assist with business, process, and technical documentation
Provide subject matter expertise as needed
Work closely with internal staff and cross-functional teams
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
4+ years of experience working with Mainframe environments
4+ years of experience with COBOL
4+ years of experience with JCL
4+ years of experience creating and executing test scenarios
4+ years of experience in healthcare claims processing
Experience with Medicaid systems
Experience with Serena ChangeMan
Experience with SQL
Experience with technical documentation
Experience with CA-ADS
