A well-established 290-bed acute care hospital in Hudson, Florida is seeking dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses to join its care team. The facility has served the community for decades and is recognized for:

The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records
Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge planning
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
Compact license holders must obtain Florida RN license within 90 days of hire
Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
Acute care nursing experience required
No recent LTAC-only experience accepted
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
Must be obtained within 30 days of start date if not active
Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal directions
Basic computer proficiency
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
