Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: New York, NY 10032
Duration: 9 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: Night Shift – 11:00 PM to 1:00 PM (14-hour shift, includes 60-minute break)
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Sun–Tues & Thurs–Sat rotation)
Pay Rate: $64 – $68 per hour
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 9-week contract assignment at a leading academic medical center in New York City. This is a critical need role within a high-volume CT imaging department. The position requires night shift coverage, including holidays.
Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment
Operate advanced CT scanners (experience with high-end systems preferred)
Administer contrast media in accordance with New York State regulations
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and imaging quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to departmental protocols
Follow infection control and facility safety guidelines
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an accredited Radiography program
Active New York State Radiography License
NYS Certification to inject contrast media
ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
Minimum 1 year of diagnostic imaging experience
Maintain continuing education credits per ARRT requirements
COVID-19 Vaccination – Required
Flu Vaccination – Required
