Registered Nurse – Onsite Occupational Health (Contract)

Location: Logansport, IN
Assignment Length: 90 Days (Possible Extension)
Shift Type: Day Shift | Fully Onsite
Pay: $48/hour (W2)

Shift Schedules

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Thursday & Saturday)
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Tuesday–Friday & Saturday)

Position Summary

This contract role supports onsite employee health operations by providing nursing care, emergency response, first aid treatment, and health evaluations. The RN will work independently while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all medical documentation.

Essential Functions

• Provide care for job-related and non-job-related conditions
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide stabilization
• Conduct post-offer health screenings
• Maintain detailed and confidential medical records
• Protect employee medical information
• Perform other duties as required

Education & Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) – Required
• Active Indiana RN license with no restrictions
• Occupational health nursing experience preferred
