Occupational Health Registered Nurse (Contract Role)

Location: Logansport, Indiana
Duration: 90-Day Contract (Potential Extension)
Work Type: 100% Onsite | Day Shift
Compensation: $48/hour (W2)

Work Schedule

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Thu & Sat)
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Tue–Fri & Sat)

Role Summary

This position supports an onsite occupational health program by delivering nursing care to employees. The RN will manage injury care, emergency response, first aid treatment, and post-employment health evaluations while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

Key Duties

• Treat workplace and non-workplace health conditions
• Provide emergency response and basic medical care
• Conduct post-offer health assessments
• Document care accurately and securely
• Safeguard employee medical records
• Support operational health initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Current Indiana RN license in good standing
• Registered Nurse designation
• Occupational health experience strongly preferred (2+ years)
