Job Title: Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Logansport, IN 46947
Duration: 3-Month Assignment (Potential for Extension)
Pay Rate: $48.00 per hour
Schedule 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Thursday & Saturday)
Schedule 2: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Tuesday–Friday & Saturday)
A reputable employer-based health services clinic in Logansport, IN is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 3-month assignment with potential for extension. The RN will provide nursing care for both occupational and non-occupational conditions, ensure timely treatment of workplace injuries, and support employee health initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Provide emergency care, stabilization, and minor first aid treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
Assess and treat occupational and non-occupational health conditions.
Conduct post-offer health screenings and assessments for new hires.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Ensure confidentiality of employee medical and health records.
Coordinate care and referrals as needed.
Support workplace safety and wellness programs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in an occupational health setting.
Minimum 2 years of occupational health nursing experience.
Experience with workplace injury management and OSHA guidelines.
