Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $40 – $46 per hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN for a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit providing intermediate-level care to adult patients. Unit focuses on short-stay (under 24 hours) patients, including chest pain admissions and post-procedural recovery (cardiac cath, endoscopy, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, minor surgeries). Strong emphasis on telemetry monitoring, rapid recovery, patient safety, and discharge planning.
Responsibilities:
Telemetry monitoring & advanced cardiac support
Chest pain management with expedited testing
Post-procedural care (moderate to lower acuity)
Patient-centered, goal-directed care
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Ohio RN License or Compact
BLS & ACLS (AHA)
Strong communication skills and culturally competent care
Commitment to professional growth and adaptability
