Hourly Pay Range (Based on Experience):
Minimum: $30.60/hr
Mid (10+ years): $38.25/hr
Maximum (18+ years): $45.90/hr
Shift Differentials:
Night Shift: + $4.25/hr
Weekend Differential: + $2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 – Day Shift
$15,000 – Night Shift

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care in a fast-paced acute care setting. This role collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, evidence-based care while ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Provide patient-centered emergency nursing care across a wide range of acuity levels
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
Interpret diagnostic results and adjust care plans as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Delegate and supervise tasks assigned to support staff
Ensure proper use and maintenance of emergency equipment
Assist with admissions, discharges, and emergency interventions
Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care Emergency Department experience
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS (must be obtained within 30 days of start date)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
