Shift Time: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based assignment during the 2025–2026 school year. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs in an educational setting.
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by the supervising BCBA
Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students
Collect and document behavioral data accurately and consistently
Support students with skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and positive behavior development
Assist with classroom transitions and daily routines
Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behavioral situations safely
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and support teams
Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
Adhere to all school policies, confidentiality standards, and ethical guidelines
Active RBT Certification (must be in hand)
Minimum 1 year of school-based experience as an RBT or similar behavioral role
CPI Certification (required)
Ability to work effectively with children in an educational environment
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
