"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer with deep experience in enterprise BI, SQL, and data warehousing environments. The ideal candidate will have advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, paginated reporting, and complex data modeling. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and requires strong analytical and business-facing skills to deliver high-impact reporting solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, canned reports, and ad-hoc analyses
Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
Build and optimize data models using Power Query and Power Pivot
Develop and enhance DAX calculations for performance and accuracy
Create Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder
Write and optimize complex SQL queries across SQL Server and other relational databases
Ensure reporting solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, reliability, and scalability
Advanced experience with Power BI (dashboards, reports, and data modeling)
Strong expertise in DAX development and optimization
Data modeling using Power Query / Power Pivot
Experience with Power BI Report Builder and Paginated Reports
Strong SQL skills with relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
Experience with Power BI Data Flows
Knowledge of PBRS (Power BI Report Server)
Familiarity with Power ON
Experience working with Snowflake data warehouse platforms
7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, reporting, and data warehousing
3+ years of experience with relational and multidimensional (OLAP) data modeling
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, SQL optimization, and enterprise data structures
Solid knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives domains
Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and deliver end-to-end BI solutions
Experience across the full development and project life cycle
Self-driven with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
