We are seeking an experienced Software Developer II to support the development, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of an enterprise CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts—to design, implement, and support scalable software solutions aligned with evolving business requirements.
Research, design, develop, implement, and manage software applications
Test, evaluate, and optimize new and existing programs
Collaborate with development, UX, business, and systems analysis teams
Provide development and optimization support for an enterprise CAFM application
Create, define, and refine application dimensions, rules, workflows, and processes to meet evolving business needs
Streamline processes to align with the underlying data model and improve system performance
Support application upgrades by:
Upgrading environments
Planning and executing content migrations
Minimizing business disruption during transitions
Develop, modify, and maintain reports using BIRT
Enhance and modify existing application components to improve operational efficiency, system performance, and maintainability
7+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
7+ years of experience as a Real Estate Manager
4+ years of hands-on experience contracting on IBM Tririga / Maximo products (minimum of one full contract)
4+ years of experience working on Tririga Projects (Version 10)
3+ years of experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
