Schedule: 36 Hours/Week
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Local Pay: $25–$29/hour
Travel Pay: $35–$40/hour
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/T-LPN) to join a patient-focused healthcare team. This role requires adaptability, accountability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality nursing care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate compassion in improving patient outcomes and supporting caregivers.
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and care needs
Collaborate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Support patient comfort, safety, and daily care activities
Uphold infection control and patient safety standards
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care at all times
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Active LPN/T-LPN license (Multistate license accepted)
BLS (AHA) certification
