Compensation

• Travel Candidates: Up to $2,600/week

• Local Candidates: Up to $2,173/week

Shift & Schedule

• Shifts Available: Days and Nights

• Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts (12.5-hour shifts)

• Hours per Week: 34.5

• Weekends: Every other weekend required

• Meal Break: 1-hour lunch

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality critical care in a fast-paced medical/surgical intensive care environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients

• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor clinical status

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and perform phlebotomy

• Assist with and monitor patients receiving conscious sedation

• Implement and evaluate individualized plans of care

• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent Critical Care (ICU) experience

• Minimum 2 years of conscious sedation experience

• Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience

Education Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active State RN License

• Primary Source Verification via state nursing board

• BLS (AHA)
