Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to support Workday integration testing activities across the implementation lifecycle. This role focuses heavily on data validation, integration execution, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong Workday data and integration testing experience, advanced spreadsheet skills, and a solid understanding of HR processes and terminology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Workday integration testing throughout all phases of implementation

  • Update, stage, and validate data records in Workday for testing purposes

  • Run, monitor, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound Workday integrations

  • Execute integration test scripts and document results, defects, and resolutions

  • Validate data accuracy between source systems and Workday

  • Develop and maintain advanced Google Sheets for testing and reconciliation, including:

    • Pivot tables

    • VLOOKUPs

    • Complex formulas

  • Create and customize Workday reports to support testing and data reconciliation

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to resolve data and integration issues

  • Support integrations related to:

    • Benefits administration

    • 401(k)

    • Arrears processing

    • Retroactive file processing


Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Workday data management and integration testing

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)

  • General understanding of Workday integrations, execution, and troubleshooting

  • HR background with understanding of:

    • HR terminology

    • Benefits

    • Compensation

    • Payroll concepts (strong plus)

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving processes

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting HRIS integration testing

  • Experience interpreting vendor file specifications

  • Familiarity with integration testing methodologies

  • Understanding of integration error handling and troubleshooting techniques
