Assignment Duration: 18 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $27/hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a structured setting. The RBT will work directly with individuals to support behavioral, communication, and daily living skill development under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with individualized treatment plans

  • Implement behavior intervention plans, reinforcement systems, and skill acquisition programs

  • Support development of communication, social, academic, adaptive, and daily living skills

  • Collect accurate, real-time data on behavior and skill progress

  • Assist with behavior reduction strategies while maintaining a safe and positive environment

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistency across settings

  • Communicate observations, progress, and challenges to supervising clinicians

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements

  • Perform additional related duties as needed to support program operations

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities

  • Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior management strategies

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to follow structured treatment plans and adapt to changing needs

  • Physical capability to assist clients during sessions when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in school-based, clinical, or in-home ABA settings

  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems or EHR platforms

  • Educational background in psychology, education, special education, or a related field
