Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 – $40.00 (≈10 years of experience)
Top of Range: $45.90/hr (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
Night: +$4.25/hr
Weekend: +$3/hr (Fri 11p–Sun 11p; must work ≥4 productive hours)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 – Days; $10,000 – Nights

A 220+ bed acute care hospital in Ocala, FL is seeking a skilled ER RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. This role supports patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and want to make an immediate impact.
Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes
Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously, prioritizing care needs
Provide follow-up care instructions and coordinate necessary referrals
Collaborate with physicians and hospital departments to ensure patient safety and high-quality care
1+ year of recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED acute care experience
Florida RN License and/or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license)
RN Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications (must be obtained within specific timeframes):
BLS within 30 days
ACLS within 90 days
PALS within 90 days
ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) within 6 months
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months
