Shift: Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Assignment Length: 11 Weeks
Pay Rate:
Local: $36–$38 per hour (based on experience)
Travel: Travel pay provided for candidates living 50+ miles from the facility
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and clinical support in a healthcare facility. This contract position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently during evening shifts. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards
Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Accurately and timely document patient care in medical records
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
Maintain professional communication with staff and leadership
Required Qualifications:
Licensure & Eligibility:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Ability to meet facility and state compliance requirements
Skills & Experience:
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work evening shifts independently
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Professionalism, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting
