A rehabilitation facility is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services across the continuum of care. This role supports patients in achieving optimal mobility and functional independence through individualized treatment planning and evidence-based interventions. Open to both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs, exercises, and assistive devices
Coordinate daily caseload priorities and therapy assignments
Ensure compliance with professional ethics, regulatory standards, and state practice guidelines
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
Active Florida State Physical Therapist License (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Hospital or rehabilitation setting experience preferred
