Location: Syracuse, New York
Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a high-acuity Adult Operating Room environment. This role requires strong scrub experience across multiple surgical specialties in a trauma-capable acute care setting.
Perform scrub duties for adult surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR
Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies
Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures
Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control standards
Anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly during procedures
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, RNs, anesthesia, and OR staff
Perform duties with minimal orientation and supervision
Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience (within last 4 years)
Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center or comparable facility
Strong scrub experience required
Experience in multiple surgical specialties including:
Trauma
Orthopedics
General Surgery
ENT
Vascular
GYN
Neurosurgery
Bariatric
GU
Required:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – active and in good standing
