We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) to support an inpatient medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring. This role requires strong cardiac monitoring skills, emergency response readiness, and the ability to manage a steady patient workload in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Night shift: 4 × 12-hour shifts
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Availability every other holiday, if needed
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius
Active New York State RN License (single state; non-compact)
BLS (required)
EPIC experience required
Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience
Cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and dysrhythmia management
Emergency response, including Rapid Response and Code Team activation
Oxygen therapy and non-invasive airway management
Peripheral IV insertion, IV therapy, and phlebotomy
Infection control and isolation precautions
