Job Title: Certified Trauma Registrar – Administrative (Remote)
Location: New York, NY 10065 (Remote)
Assignment Duration: 9 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40–$42 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Certified Trauma Registrar to support trauma and burn registry operations in a fully remote, short-term administrative assignment. This role focuses on accurate data abstraction, registry reporting, and compliance with national trauma and burn registry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong American Burn Registry (ABR) experience, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with cloud-based registry platforms.
Abstract, validate, and submit trauma and burn registry data in accordance with established standards
Perform American Burn Registry (ABR) reporting and burn-related coding with a high level of accuracy
Ensure timely and complete documentation for assigned patient cases
Maintain data integrity within cloud-based registry systems
Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies
Adhere to regulatory, accreditation, and quality reporting requirements
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and organizational confidentiality policies
Minimum 2 years of experience in burn registry reporting, including American Burn Registry (ABR) submission and burn coding
Experience working with cloud-based registry or data management systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
3–5 years of burn registry experience
Current or prior clinical licensure, such as:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Certified Nurse Specialist (CNS)
Physician Assistant (PA)
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Prior trauma registry or quality reporting experience
