Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Location: Arlington, Texas
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to support a Special Procedures department at a comprehensive stroke–designated facility. This role requires strong clinical expertise across general IR, neuro, and vascular procedures, along with the ability to respond quickly to emergency cases.
Perform interventional radiology procedures in a high-acuity Special Procedures environment
Support general IR, neuro-interventional, and vascular procedures
Assist with emergency stroke-related cases in a comprehensive stroke setting
Participate in on-call coverage with required rapid response to emergent situations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient procedural workflows
Ensure adherence to imaging protocols, radiation safety standards, and departmental policies
Day Shift
Flexible scheduling: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Monday–Friday
Rotating on-call coverage required
30-minute response time for emergency call-ins
Degree or certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
Mandatory experience in a comprehensive stroke environment
Strong experience in general IR, neuro, and vascular procedures
Ability to take call and respond within required timeframes
Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
