We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale initiatives across multiple IT Infrastructure teams. This role will focus on managing a major enterprise user migration project, requiring close collaboration with technical and security stakeholders across the organization.
The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination, synchronizing multiple workstreams, mapping the full project lifecycle, and providing clear, consistent communication and status reporting to leadership.
Serve as the primary Project Manager for a complex user migration initiative
Coordinate cross-functional IT infrastructure teams, including:
Windows server and desktop support
File storage and data services
Access management and credentialing
End-user device support
Develop and maintain a centralized project management framework
Create and manage detailed project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths
Facilitate regular stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
Manage release cycles and deployment calendars across infrastructure environments
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and project blockers
Establish and maintain standardized communication channels across teams
Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports
Provide regular project updates and executive-level communications
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Proven experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT domains
Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects with interdependencies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, or similar)
Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure components:
Networking
Servers
Cloud services
Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Experience supporting change management processes in enterprise environments
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
