Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a polished and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, format, save, and print documents with a high degree of accuracy using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint; utilize Access as needed

  • Provide direct administrative support to senior-level executives

  • Manage correspondence, documents, and confidential information with discretion

  • Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and communications

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

  • Support daily operations and assist with special projects as assigned

  • Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or executive support role

  • Proven experience supporting senior-level or executive leadership

  • Experience working in a structured corporate environment

  • Background in healthcare, legal, or large corporate organizations preferred

  • Strong tenure history demonstrating reliability and commitment

  • Candidates with experience limited to small family-owned businesses will not be considered

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Access

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred (JD not required to be practicing)

Work Environment

  • Office-based, professional corporate setting

  • Requires discretion, adaptability, and the ability to work independently
