Job Title: Call Center Representative (Hospital)
Location: New York, NY 10004
Duration: 8 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $30–$34 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to support a hospital-based call center. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical or service-related support. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and comfort using computer-based systems to ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate assistance
Actively listen to customer needs and identify effective solutions
Accurately document call details and customer interactions in system records
Utilize call center software and computer systems to access and update information
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams as needed
Meet productivity, quality, and call-handling performance standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum of 2 years of call center or customer service experience
Bilingual skills (facility-specific requirement)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent active listening and customer engagement abilities
Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
