Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac EP Technologist to join our team. Under general supervision, the technologist prepares, operates equipment, and assists physicians in performing electrophysiology procedures. The technologist provides care for patients across adult to geriatric age groups, prioritizing safety, quality, and precision in all procedures.
Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot electrophysiology lab equipment.
Assist physicians during EP procedures and related cardiac interventions.
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Ensure patient safety and maintain strict adherence to protocols.
Maintain documentation and assist with procedural record keeping.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care EP Tech experience (New grads may apply).
Education: Associate Degree required.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) with Florida State Radiologic Technologist license.
