Schedule: Day Shift (Business Hours) with On-Call Responsibilities
Hourly Rate: $44.27 – $61.99 (commensurate with experience)
Candidates at the upper end of the range typically possess 15–20 years of progressive nursing leadership experience at the Manager or Director level
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Emergency Room Manager – Acute Care for an exciting job in Belton, MO.
Provide leadership and operational oversight for Emergency Department services
Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and patient throughput to support safety and efficiency
Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and clinical excellence
Conduct routine rounding with day and night shift staff to ensure visibility and team alignment
Address performance management, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee matters with professionalism
Collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to meet departmental and organizational goals
Provide clinical support during high-acuity situations or surge volumes as needed
Support succession planning and leadership development within the Emergency Department
Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Department leadership experience in an acute-care setting
Experience must be current (within the last year)
Emergency Department Charge Nurse experience considered
Strong ICU Charge Nurse experience may be considered
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Missouri or compact license)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS – Required within 60 days of hire
NIH Stroke Scale – Required within 90 days of hire
PALS – Required within 90 days of hire
TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses – Required within 6 months of hire
Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
