Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse – Critical Care position supports nurses entering critical care through a formal training program. Nurses work under preceptor supervision while developing essential ICU skills and clinical judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care under direct supervision
Monitor vital signs, labs, and patient responses to treatment
Assist with ventilator care and invasive monitoring
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
Complete all assigned training modules and competencies
Qualifications:
Active RN license
Acute care experience preferred
BLS required; ACLS required within program timeline
