Role Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals to support Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) Analytics initiatives. This role focuses on leveraging data to analyze AML, KYC, and Transaction Monitoring (TM) failures, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to inform policy, systems, and control improvements.
Analyze AML/KYC/TM-related failures using data to identify key drivers and recurring themes.
Perform data discovery and exploratory analysis within an FCRM domain context.
Write and optimize complex queries across multiple databases.
Develop data visualizations to clearly communicate trends, risks, and insights.
Translate analytical findings into clear, business-friendly narratives for Policy and Compliance teams.
Define and document requirements for system or process enhancements to prevent recurrence of issues.
Present regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Policy, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in the FCRM domain (AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring).
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL.
Experience using Tableau for data visualization (preferred for a significant portion of the role).
Advanced data analysis, business analysis, and problem-solving skills (Excel-heavy).
Experience working in agile environments.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
